Meet the Editors

Beth Montgomery and Ann-Marie Rohe are the Managing Editors for 5 Minutes for Deals. Here’s a little more about each of us:

After leaving behind the never-sleeping world of marketing and diving into the excitement of being a stay-at-home mom, Beth, found herself pushing through the days with even less sleep.  With the extra hours at night, she refocused her energy into her family’s one-income budget, challenging herself to see if they could live within their new (very tight) means, while not giving up the little luxuries that made life worth living.

After friends and family begged to learn the secrets to her bargain shopping, she began sharing her favorite deals on her blog, In Good Cents. She blogs about grocery deals, coupon matchups, freebies, samples, frugal cooking, frugal living, and with the goal of teaching other families how to save on necessities, so they can splurge on fun and worry a little less about their finances!

A blogger in her “spare time”, she is also very happily married, the mother of 3 adorable children, and the owner of 3 very HUGE dogs!  Beth lives in Indiana with her family.  You can find out more about Beth on In Good Cents.

In her previous life, Ann-Marie worked in advertising and marketing for two radio companies and a commercial real estate developer. Now a SAHM of three, she developed her intrigue into just how much she could save by taking her basic couponing skills to the next level. After telling the same friends over and over about all the deals she would find, she decided to find a new audience and started her own blog called Chaos Is Bliss. There she blogs about money-saving deals not just for groceries but all around the house, and shares tips and ideas on all things home and family.
